Cancellation Policy

Half down on all packages requirement, unless other arrangements have been discussed. Remaining balance is due the day of your shoot prior to the start of your session. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled by you/party. No shoot will be booked until deposit is made. Remaining balance due at shoot/event in exact change. A $50 late fee will apply to anyone who is 15 minutes late and will be cancelled after 30 minutes. Less than 24 hour cancellations may result in additional retainer fees. Reschedule fees are $35 and must be paid before receiving a new date. Ladies make up is not included, but is required. Have your make up done before appointment and schedule accordingly to have full time to shoot. Wardrobe and props are not provided. Any shoot that has sprinkles, confetti, glitter, must be cleaned up by client. If left you will be charged an extra $50. If using icing, cake, syrup, etc. You will be charged an additional $60 for backdrop fee. All pictures on viewing link will have a watermark and low res jpegs. UNEDITED FILES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SHOWN PACKAGE. Any pictures posted before edits come back will result in forfeit of edited images. Edited images can take at least 2 weeks to get back depending on the package. Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, or digital media, thereof (hereinafter referred to as “video” and/or “photos”) shall remain to be used for advertising, display or any other purposes thought proper by Full Frame Vision.
